Truly the very last few today from a great bunch of old naive watercolor of birds done by someone long ago who was quite serious about his birds! Each and every one of them a charmer I think, this one portraying a White-Wiged (meant to say White Winged) Scoter, a sea duck. I really love the sort of crudeness of this one relative to some of the others, and of course the misspelled attribution, written first in graphite and then watercolored over in red.
7 1/8" x 5 1/8" and in good condition.
