I don't usually go for signs featuring words to live by, but liked both the message and the manner of this old sign so much, there was no equivocation! Plus this perfect combo of silver and the best blue, with Art Deco style stenciled lettering, which makes me think of the roaring twenties about to run into the impossibility of the Great Depression. It does seem possible it is indeed that old, I'm really not sure; definitely it has a fair amount of age, which has softened the color; really lovely.
13 1/2" long x 5 3/8" tall x 3/8" thick. A little paint loss around the edges and a few scratches to the surface, all to the good I think.
