Really a beauty, in terrific condition, painted creamy white paint and with great alligatoring to the green roof paint, too. I am a bit partial to the side with porch running all the way across, but the columned front entry is pretty great too. And peering through the open windows reveals that the inside was built out too (before being closed up with a wooden bottom), with a series of rooms across two levels, though its a bit hard to fully see.
1920s or so I believe, super solid and sturdy, and of what I think is just the perfect scale. 11 3/4" l x 9 1/2" d x 6 1/2" t.
