Skirts Hiked, Backs Turned, Wading, Antique Real Photo Postcard

I just love these ladies, in their own world together, backs turned and skirts hiked as they wade out, perhaps scavenging sea shells, or sea moss! I always like a real photo postcard with a white void beside the image too-- bringing us back to the making of the image, and amplifying a dynamic of presence and absence. 

5 1/2" x 3 1/2", unused postcard back. Good antique condition, minor smudges on the blank half, very early 20th century.
