I'm always looking for these old wooden nesting/stacking boxes, but only very rarely do I find them, and this is an even rarer, complete set of six, making for a whole rainbow. Very very much loved, with a lot of wear to the paint, lending a softness to the color of the bottoms and top rims especially, which I find quite beautiful. Great for arranging in all sorts of ways--painterly and sculptural and very modernist.
Red (largest): 5 7/8" x 5 3/8" x 5 3/4" tall. Purple (smallest): 2 1/8" x 2 1/4" x 3 3/8" t. All sound and sturdy, no losses, cracks or issues, just plenty of wear to the paint, all to the good in my opinion.
