Perfect Antique Yellow Painted Clay Billiard Ball

Just so pretty. Quite an old one, made of clay, the perfect pale lemon yellow, and with no number at the center of the white circle to identify it , so it rather transcends its intended function.  I  don't think I've ever seen a true clay one of this size, and to my eye it's just formally perfect, and nice and heavy and satisfying in the hand. 

1 7/8” d and in very good condition, some general light surface cracking as evident, all to the good.
