Nicely Done Folk Art Fish!

This looks like a lake trout to me, but I am not a fisherwoman, so please correct me if I'm wrong!  It's a 13 inch-er whatever the case, and nicely done but not at all fussy, with the two fins on the lower body carved separately and glued on. Seemed to me it'd be a nice one to hang in the kitchen, or perhaps near one's fishing gear as inspiration!

13 1/8" l x 4" t, with a hanger on the back. Very good condition, I'd guess mid 20th century or so.
