This guy in his three piece suit sure looks like a gangster to me, with his attack dog by his side and cigarette dangling from the corner of his mouth. And looks maybe like posing on an urban rooftop, where one imagines some scheming and dealmaking went down! Seems an especially good one to carry around in one's back pocket.
2 1/4" d and in good condition, general surface wear to the celluloid and some spotting to the mirror, all as evident.
