I find it near impossible to find small antique wooden frames, so jumped on these, which would be excellent for tintypes or cdvs or diminutive drawings/watercolors, etc. German Black Forest I believe, c. 1900 or so, in excellent condition, and with their original glass, too. Very sharp and crisp looking, with what I'd describe as faux-bois surface carving and their original wire hanging loops.
Each 6 5/16" x 4 7/8"; openings/glass: 2 5/16" x 4 1/16". Excellent condition. There is a little bit of an old clearish residue around the perimeter edges of the glass here and there, I might guess hardened rubber cement--minor and not in the least sticky.
