Kid Made Halloween Drawing with Cats and Bats in Tree, Tepees and More!

Feels like fall with Halloween around the corner, so here's one I found in the spring but set aside for the season, done by a kid in the 1940s who was responsible for a series of really excellent other drawings too, all since sold. I love the cats along with the boats in the tree, and the smiling ghosts, and what looks like maybe like a tiny hooded with on broomstick flying overhead, and the sign that reads "Halloween is Fun!"
