I assume this was meant to represent Felix the Cat, but it was done with such minimal fuss that I think it both gets to Felix's essence while also transcending it. And what a magical effect time has had on the creamy white paint, now completely alligatored so as to give this black cat a quire an electric and rather ghoulish guise!! Surely an unplanned effect, but one that makes this especially special, and makes me wish Joyce Pensato were still around in order to be gifted it.
7 5/8" t x 2 11/16" w x 6" d and in very good overall condition, sturdy and stable and amazing.
