I've had many far fancier pieces of tabletop architecture, but this little green L-shaped ranch house may just be my favorite of all--simple, but wonderfully specific too, and completely of, and true to, its time in all regards, c. 1940s/50s I believe. With white painted doors and windows on each side, a blue-green painted roof, and white chimney with cursive black R--excellent all the way around and to my eye and sensibilities just exactly right.
7" x 6 3/8" x 3 3/8" tall at chimney (roof 2 1/2" tall.) Good condition, sturdy and sound, with dings and paint loss here and there.
