A curious little double sided carving--incised into what appears to be a soft sort of stone, which also feels a bit like chalkware. It's the nude that sold me, who appears to be drawing back the curtains, or opening her kimono as it were, to proudly reveal herself--with that drapery also looking a bit like wings! And on the reverse, a bearded fellow with crown-like mane, who one has to think is meant to be admiring her--framed in such a way that I'd guess he's watching from his window!
3 1/8" x 2" x 1/2" and in good condition. Seems likely a folk creation to me, I might guess mid-century or so.
