Just a little charmer of a house, 1940s or so I would guess, which makes me want to to pot miniature pants and place them on on the front porch! And with its open windows, one just might want to perch a little cat on one ledge, too:) Very sweet.
8” w x 6 1/4” t x 5 7/8” d. A little paint loss and a bit of minor flaking but stable and structure is very sound.
