The third of three folk art houses by the same maker found this week in Rockland Maine--perhaps made for a model train set up (and if so it must have been quite a thing) or perhaps its maker was a lover of architecture and committed to building an inventory of model houses representing a spectrum of housing styles! I take this one for a mission style bungalow of sorts, with plaster walls and tiled roof. Again, wonderfully done.
3 1/4” x 2 3/4” x 1 1/2” and in very good condition.
