I love a botanical photo, or two, and the tonality on this c. 1870 stereoview of "magnolia in bloom" is really rich, set off perfectly by the bold orange mount. I also really like the make shift quality of the set up, with the bunch of blooms looking as if just unpacked from a crate and set atop table draped with a well faded woven textile. I'm not so much interested in stereoviews just for their own sake, but when the aesthetics are just right I can't resist.
7" x 3 14/16". This came from a great stereoview collection and is in very good condition.
