Oh, I really could not love this girl or woman more, with what look like two large orange wings behind her, and perhaps a hat in hand, but which could be a package she is about to fly away to deliver! Pretty curious, this very of-this-world-looking angel, created by a Diana, who signed the plate on the back. I would guess based on the distinctive, traditional Troyan style of glazing around the lip that it vintage Bulgarian, though I've never seen another piece like this! Wonderful.
8 5/8" in diameter x 1 3/4" tall, wheel thrown. Very good condition, with just a tiny bit of glaze lost around the outermost edge. The underside is unglazed.
