Another box of old chalk, because I just can't resist the look of all those gracefully tapered bright white sticks standing on end in the box. C. 1920s, this "Waltham" white chalk was produced for schools by the American Crayon Co. Nearly a gross of it still, largely unbroken (and I am not messing with it except to pack it carefully) in the original box with printed label on one side. The lid does not slide on and off but rather just sits flat and flush on top.
Box measures 6 5/8 x 4 5/16 x 3 7/8” t. Box and chalk all in very good condition.
