While extremely problematic on so many levels, phrenology did certainly yield some pretty amazing diagrams and graphics, and, as with many artifacts of quack science, makes for interesting reading (if also discouraging; according to this analysis, I have a very small brain indeed.) This 28 page booklet features a break down of all of the 37 "Faculties" imag(in)ed and listed on the cover, plus several pages of illustrations diagramming the exact locations of each. Published in 1872 by Samuel R. Wells and apparently administered to a Mi(r?)tta Scripture, with some pencilled notations on a number of pages.
