Found together, in a pile that also included some great old hand-sewn doll clothes, I believe all from the same estate. Three hand-sewn pot holders/hot mats total here, two cotton (one plaid, one seersucker) and the smallest one wool, triple layered (I am partial to the side where the quilted pattern is visible), it I believe the oldest of the three. I love all of them, and really love looking at them as a stack, feeling very much like a painting.
Largest 6 5/8" x 6 7/8". Smallest 5 1/8 x 4 1/2" not including hanging loop. All in good condition, reading crisply, with just a little wear to the quilted side of the smallest one, as shown with magnification.
