This girl! Quite a curious vision in her ringlets and flounces and hair flowers and magic wand in hand--looking as if about to head to a ball with the statue who stands beside her, a miniature knight in shining armor as her date! What makes it ever weirder is that the stamp on the back of the card labels it as a boudoir portrait--as if this awkward young thing were meant to be a seductress.. Makes me wonder about that Zeph Magill! Wonderfully weird.
