Yellow Cottage in the Woods, Charming Old Folk Art Watercolor, Framed as Found

I found this one in New Hampshire and doubt it travelled very far; looks very New England cottage in the woods to me. And a nice mix of cheerful and cozy and a little moody too, with some green shading lending a bit of acidity to the yellow of the house. With wonderful attention paid to the white painted lattices and wrap around porch, and to those tall leafy trees, too. C. 1940s or so I would think. 

11 1/2" x 9 3/4" framed, under glass, as found. Sight 9 5/8" x 7 7/8". Watercolor in very good condition. General wear to the surface of the frame, which feels all of a piece with it.
