I am not sure the maker of this vintage pottery vase--signed "Handmade in Norway" and numbered on the bottom--but am sure it date to the mid 20th c, and find it super sweet and cheerful. Filled with a bunch of daisies and placed on the kitchen counter or breakfast table, I think it would feel like a pure dose of Hygge, and who doesn't need a little more of that?
The vase has been well used, and shows staining around the opening and some crazing to the glazing. But no chips or cracks that I can still and still looks great, and many years of happy service in it yet. 5 1/2" tall x 4" widest diameter; 3" across at lip and base.
