A sweet old black and white painted wooden folk art dog, because who can ever have too many creatures? On the white portion of one leg on this one is written 1929, surely the year of his making. I especially like the flip side, where the tolls of time appear to have blinded him in one eye, making him all the more empathetic.
8" t x 4 3/4" w x 1/2" thick. Good and sound, no splits or chips, but with plenty of wear and aging to the paint, all to the good I think.
