Not so easy to photograph, but really a terrific object, whether or not one ever attempts to take it apart and try to put it back together again. With a little feeling around, you can find two center pieces that have some give, and will pull all the way out to start to deconstruct it. I'm a little nervous to try, content to treat it as a great looking little modernist sculpture with a secret...but you may be braver than I!
Late 60s or 1970s I'd guess, made of clear acrylic, and in excellent condition. Of a nice scale at 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". I've searched but not found another like it.
