I found these old lace samples in a three-ring binder, all by one maker and I think a combination of handmade bobbin lace and hand-knitted. Each sample was carefully stitched to black paper by the person who made them--those large stitches are easily snipped from the backside to free these from the backing paper. Clearly they were made with lots of love and care, and I was thinking these might be perfect for incorporating into handmade valentines!

Price is per page of samples, with each page lettered at the top right corner. At checkout, please indicate in the the notes field which page or pages you would like. Pages measure 8 1/2" x 11 1/8.

All in very good condition and have been protected in plastic sheets. There are a few small stains here and there as pictured. Photos show each page in order by letter, then a handful of details to provide a good sense of them. H1+2 comprise one set.
