I’d think this guy must once have sat in a boat, with ship wheel in front of him, but it’s just him now, ready to lend himself to all sorts of other situations. And some water staining on one side turned his blue painted outfit into a pretty electric sort of marbled lapis blue, which gives him a bit of a psychedelic feel! His legs swing all the way front to back but his arms are static, and he’ll sit but not stand on his own.
8 1/4” tall standing; 4 3/8” t x 5 1/4” wide seated. Sturdy and sound. There is old repair of a split at one hand, as documented, no real matter.
