I keep a close eye out for old wood-framed, beveled glass mirrors, especially round ones with loop handles that make them great for hanging on the wall, and even better with a special pointed end flourish like this one. Terrific hung amid a group of these, forming a wall of mirrors.
The mirror itself shows age, with some clouding and dark spots (between the layers, around the edges), which one could just say makes it a little more forgiving when one confronts oneself in it! Structurally it's in good shape, with no splits or chips; there is some wear to the finish on the reverse side in a few spots, as pictured.
