Small pleasures, of the sort one finds digging through an old pile of paper, are my favorite kind. Like this lenvelop, postmarked 1907, with graphite sketches all over both sides--birds and tree and nest and umbrella and cork screw and saw and more. A charming, happy little thing. And with a really great face on one of those birds!
