Four Small Pencil Drawn Airplanes

Sale price $15.00 Regular price $22.00

More from a bunch of old drawings of planes, these, based on the planes themselves, I believe dating to the 1930s (the Lorraine-Hanriot was a family of training monoplanes built in France in the early 1930s.) I especially love the lightning bolt-like rendering of the propeller of the Kawasaki, and the varied orientation of all of them on the page.

Largest (including two planes together at bottom right) measures 6 1/2" x 4 5/8". Smallest (Italian Fiat) measures 4 1/4" square. A little staining and paper in the corners of the backs where they were glued down.
