Vintage Watercolor Tins with Great Graphics - Lot of Four

Regular price $40.00

I just love the graphics on the vintage watercolor boxes, which seem mostly to date from the 1940s or so, give or take. Three of the four I found with pretty sorry remnants of their former watercolor kits inside, so I cleared them out, but the fourth has a perfect unused set inside.  From top to bottom in the first photo, the brands are Milton Bradley, Devoe, The American Crayon Company (Kopy Kat), and Binney & Smith, NY -- which is the green tin with the silver sailboat and paint set inside.

I'd be inclined to throw a couple of these empty tins in my bag to use them for carry change, pills, band-aids or whatever, or else keep them on my desk storing paper clips etc. But I'd also grab a few brushes and take the sailboat tin out to the beach and start painting!

I'm listing these as a group, but if you prefer to purchase just one, please just email me and I'll give you an individual price.

The longest tin measures 8 1/2" x 2" x 3/4" and the smallest 5 1/8" x 2 1/8? x 1/2".
