Quite a finely done watercolor, signed on the back by a Mrs. W.N Soule (or similar), who lived at 911 16th Street somewhere, perhaps in southern Maine, where I found it, but I'm not sure. She certainly had skills, and I think it's a terrific, quite transportive little painting, with this dog-protagonist placed in quite the enviable spot...it's a dog's world! Really nice.
8" x 6 1/4" and in great condition. There is a small bump to the bottom right corner, minor.
